About Our Client

Our client is a newly launched premium gymnastics academy in the West, offering state‑of‑the‑art facilities and top‑tier coaching. Designed to elevate Singapore's gymnastics landscape, our client focuses on unlocking each athlete's full potential through high‑quality training, thoughtful programming, and an inspiring performance environment.

Job Description

  • Own the full P&L, budgeting processes, cashflow management, and financial controls.
  • Analyse unit economics, revenue per sq ft, pricing strategy, and programme profitability to maximise financial performance.
  • Oversee invoicing, payroll governance, procurement spend, and audit readiness.
  • Build dashboards and reporting structures that provide real-time visibility into revenue, costs, utilisation, and operational KPIs.
  • Lead daily operations across customer experience, HR, admin, and facilities.
  • Build and implement scalable systems, SOPs, and workflows to ensure consistency, safety, and quality across all sites.
  • Lead operational and financial planning for new site openings, including staffing models, training, vendor management, and pre‑opening readiness.
  • Ensure brand consistency and service standards across multiple locations.
  • Oversee recruitment, performance management, and development of operations and HR teams.
  • Establish accountability frameworks, KPIs, and a high‑ownership culture with strong service standards.
  • Act as a cultural anchor with disciplined, empathetic leadership.

The Successful Applicant

  • More than 8 years of experience in finance, operations, or commercial leadership, ideally in multi‑site or premium service environments.
  • Strong financial management capability: P&L ownership, forecasting, pricing strategy, and unit‑economics analysis.
  • Proven track record partnering closely with founders or senior leaders in fast‑paced settings.
  • Experience building teams, systems, SOPs, and scalable operational frameworks.
  • High ownership, commercial mindset, strong communication, and resilience.
