Job Description

  • Support projects and maintenance for security systems (general security, alarms, CCTV, access control) and server/network infrastructure as needed
  • Install, configure, implement, and test system and storage equipment
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site
  • Perform OS hardening, patching, and updates on servers and virtual machines
  • Prepare plans for implementation, migration, and acceptance testing of projects
  • Conduct user acceptance testing and address any issues found
  • Collaborate with Project and Maintenance Managers to plan and execute implementation tasks
  • Maintain accurate documentation of processes and work instructions to ensure service quality
  • Develop and deliver as-built documentation for project handover



The Successful Applicant

  • Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, or Professional Certificate in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, IT) or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in Operational Technology or Information Technology
  • Strong knowledge of networking principles and IP/TCP protocols
  • Good understanding of CCTV, access control, and server systems
  • Practical experience with security tasks like OS hardening, patching, updates, and virus scanning is desirable
  • IT certifications related to Windows systems, storage, networking, databases, virtualization, or cloud technologies are a plus
  • Excellent communication skills paired with a proactive and positive attitude
  • Valid Class 3 driving license required for onsite duties
