The client seeks to confidentiality hire a Faculty HR Lead to join their organization and manage as Cluster Lead a team of HR supporting various business units. This role will act as a strategic partner to the internal stakeholders and implement faculty HR policies and oversee existing processes.

Job Description

Reporting to the CHRO the successful applicant will:

  • As the Faculty HR Lead, this role will design and develop the HR framework in collaboration with the key stakeholders to align with overall business objectives.
  • Act as a mentor for the larger team as Cluster Lead and spearhead HR projects and initiatives for the business.
  • Be a subject matter expert in partnering with Senior leadership to identify requirements in HR processes, frameworks and systems.
  • Oversee Annual Performance reviews for the Senior Leadership team, handle employee relations including disciplinary issues and performance management.



The Successful Applicant

As a successful applicant, you will have:

  • Degree in HR related field.
  • 12+ years in HR management with people management experience and preference for Institutes of Higher Learning experience.
  • Highly effective in business partnering, with a strong track record of collaboration with cross-functional teams in matrixed organization.
  • Solid understanding of local labour law in Singapore and continuous improvement capability.
