Job Description

  • Lead and coordinate daily facility operations across key mechanical and building systems.
  • Oversee planned and preventive maintenance activities, ensuring smooth scheduling with external service partners.
  • Manage vendors and contractors, including quotation reviews, service verification, documentation, and performance tracking.
  • Prepare and present operational reports, highlighting updates, risks, and improvement plans.
  • Support incident response, troubleshooting, and follow-up actions.
  • Work closely with internal teams and on‑site personnel to ensure a safe, compliant, and well-run environment.

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience in Facility Management, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or a related field.
  • Solid experience managing technical facilities - ideally in controlled or high‑spec environments.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical systems (e.g., ventilation, cooling, utilities) and building operations.
  • Confident in vendor management, documentation, and client/stakeholder communication.
  • Hands-on, organised, and able to coordinate across multiple workstreams.
