My client is a leading global real estate company headquartered in Singapore, with a diverse portfolio across South East Asia.

Job Description

  • Oversee vendors conducting maintenance and repair tasks within the building.
  • Perform daily equipment checks and verify completion of checklists.
  • Ensure scheduled maintenance by vendors meets agreed standards and procedures.
  • Provide timely and accurate power and rack setups for customers.
  • Handle billing for completed customer service requests.
  • Accept and manage equipment delivery notices from customers.
  • Prepare monthly progress reports for customers and monitor deliverables.
  • Calculate, consolidate, and process monthly utility billing.
  • Respond to customer requests and complaints efficiently, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Execute various ad-hoc tasks related to facility maintenance, upgrades, repairs, additions, or modifications as directed by Management.
  • Update and maintain CAD drawings for Data Centre and MEP systems.
  • Offer 24x7 on-site first-level response to any M&E incidents.
  • Safely and accurately complete daily operational and maintenance tasks.
  • Provide Remote-Hands services to Data Centre clients.
  • Install, troubleshoot, and remove cross-connect cabling.
  • Manage project fit-out and addition and alteration (A&A) works.

The Successful Applicant

  • Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical or Integrated Facility Design & Management or relevant discipline
  • 2 years+ of experience in Data centre facilities
  • Willing to do shift work and respond to onsite inquiries on 24x7 basis
  • Able to read electrical, mechanical diagrams
