Specialising in residential, commercial, and industrial real estate services, the company offers a comprehensive range of services, including property sales and leasing, valuation, property management, investment advisory, and research.

Job Description

  • Oversee projects, including residential and mixed-use developments, ensuring efficient management and delivery.
  • Lead and mentor a team comprising headquarters support staff and off-site managers to enhance operational efficiency across managed properties.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, staying updated on their evolving expectations and requirements.
  • Supervise addition and alteration (A&A) works and estate improvement projects, coordinating with government agencies to ensure compliance with statutory regulations
  • Assess and allocate manpower resources to effectively meet the organisation's business needs.



The Successful Applicant

  • Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical), Facility Management, or equivalent.
  • 10 years+ of experience in property management field.
  • Proficient in local codes of practice and regulations.
  • Strong knowledge of the Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act.
  • A proactive leader capable of managing multi-disciplinary projects involving various stakeholders.
  • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate ideas and concepts for stakeholder engagement.
