About Our Client
Our client is a growing investment bank in SE Asia with global presence and plans for continued expansion.
Job Description
Key responsibilities include client presentations and delivery, driving and leading DD, being a key contact person for client and deal work origination, final review of financial marketing materials, overseeing a team of leaders, review of transaction documentation, developing client relationships from deal execution to pitch, communication with investors.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate would have at least 10 years Investment Banking experience, strong communication skills, solid understanding of capital markets and M&A, sector specialization in TMT is preferred, the ability to engage and manage client and investor relationships professionally.
