Job Description

  • Plan and manage local and international events to support marketing and agency goals within the financial services sector.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure the seamless execution of events.
  • Develop event concepts, schedules, and budgets while ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Oversee on-site event logistics, including registration, set-up, and attendee engagement.
  • Manage event-related communication materials and promotional activities.
  • Track event performance and prepare post-event reports to measure success and identify improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations during event planning and execution.
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to enhance collaboration and event outcomes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Event Manager should have:

  • Proven more than 5 years of experience in event planning and management, preferably within the financial services industry.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast paced environment.
  • Global events management exposure.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality events.
  • Proficiency in event management tools and software is advantageous.
