Job Description

System Ownership & Strategy



  • Manage all finance systems (ERP, budgeting, reporting).


  • Define and execute system improvement road-maps aligned with business goals.


  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and data security standards.



Stakeholder Management



  • Act as liaison between Finance and IT.


  • Translate financial needs into system solutions.


  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align systems with organisational requirements.



System Integration & Optimisation



  • Oversee integration with enterprise systems (e.g., CRM, HRIS).


  • Continuously optimise system performance and user experience.


  • Manage upgrades, patches, and migrations with minimal disruption.



Project Management



  • Lead end-to-end finance system projects.


  • Oversee vendor performance and service levels.


  • Maintain project documentation and report progress to stakeholders.



Team Leadership & Support



  • Supervise and mentor system support staff.


  • Provide user training and resolve system issues promptly.



Data Governance & Reporting



  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across finance systems.


  • Support timely financial reporting and audit readiness.


  • Implement data controls to meet compliance standards.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, or related field.
  • Need to be familiar with Oracle NetSuite
  • 5+ years of experience in IT systems management, with a focus on finance platforms.
  • Strong understanding of financial processes (AP, AR, GL, FP&A, treasury, tax, etc.).
  • Proven experience leading system implementations and upgrades.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytic abilities.
  • Effective communication skills to interact with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • Someone techno-functional, able to engage stakeholders well, able to troubleshoot
  • Mandarin speaker
