Job Description

  • Define and implement enterprise-wide technology architecture strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Lead digital transformation initiatives, including cloud adoption, data modernization, and cybersecurity enhancements.
  • Design scalable, secure, and cost-efficient solutions leveraging modern architectural frameworks.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure technology roadmaps support long-term growth and innovation.
  • Drive standardization and simplification across systems and platforms to optimize performance and reduce complexity.
  • Oversee integration of emerging technologies such as AI/ML and advanced analytics into enterprise solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineering teams, ensuring best practices and compliance with industry standards.
  • Monitor and mitigate technology risks while ensuring adherence to regulatory and security requirements.

The Successful Applicant

  • 10+ years in enterprise architecture or senior technology leadership roles, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale transformation projects.
  • Strong exposure to financial services, banking, or other complex, regulated environments.
  • Proficient in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), microservices architecture, and event-driven design patterns.
  • Familiarity with identity management, compliance frameworks, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with modern data architectures, analytics frameworks, and AI/ML integration.
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders, manage cross-functional teams, and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Strategic thinker, adaptable, and results-oriented with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
