Our Client is a global technology company, a market leader with a highly innovative proposition. Due to expansion of the business, there is a newly created opportunity for a APAC Employment Counsel to be part of the growing organization.

Job Description

Reporting to the APAC Senior Employment Counsel, you will be part of the legal team based in Singapore playing a critical business partnering role in providing robust legal support and advice in the area of employment law and mobility, collaborating with internal stakeholders and regulatory authorities. You will be the key point of contact driving regional policy, ensuring compliance to local statutory requirements in each jurisdiction and participating in investigation work when required.

The Successful Applicant

You are a qualified lawyer with at least 3 years PQE, ideally with substantial experience in employment law. Exposure to employee compensation, incentives and pension schemes, performance management and mobility would be an added advantage. A highly self-motivated, resourceful and mature individual, you thrive in a goal-oriented environment and are equipped to deal with ambiguity with the ability to organize and prioritize.
