We are seeking an experienced and motivated Employee Engagement, Manager to join our client. Our client is a luxury fashion company that has been delivering stylish retail experiences and progressive solutions to modern luxury requirements with integrity for over four decades through its management of brands and stores in various countries worldwide

Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and implementing employee experience plans, frameworks, and initiatives in consultation with the Group HR Director. You will work to create a culture of trust and enthusiasm within the organization, and develop a positive employer brand externally.

The success of the role, reporting to the Group HR director would be based on the factors below:

  • Create ways to measure and assess engagement using technology platforms and in-person focus groups.
  • Coordinate and carry out group-wide employee engagement initiatives in partnership with business unit HR teams.
  • Create and maintain a safe environment for listening to "employee voice" and managing employee grievances.
  • Design innovative methods for internal employee communications and sharing of business updates and happenings.
  • Review management level leadership practices with the Group HR Director and their impact on the employee experience.
  • Create proactive employee engagement reporting tools.
  • Work with the Learning and Development team to conduct workshops on culture building.
  • Work with the HR teams to determine how people practices and policies affect the employee experience.
  • Review and improve the employer brand via proactive activities.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Management or similar field
  • 3 or more years of experience handling employee engagements and rolling out employee engagement survey
  • Experience with project management
  • Experience with building relationships with people at all levels
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivator and self-starter
  • Ability to work independently
  • Creative and highly developed attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
