Job Description

Reporting to the Client Services Team Lead, this role is responsible in providing quality client service and to step up as a Senior to mentor the junior members.

  • Undertaking a comprehensive client servicing role for the team's managed employee benefits insurance program.
  • Cultivating and sustaining professional connections with both clients and insurers.
  • Ensuring the prompt and accurate preparation of placement/broking documents, comparison tables, and policies.
  • Collaborating closely with the claims team to swiftly and effectively handle client claims.
  • Working in coordination with the team and management to achieve performance objectives.
  • Assisting the credit control department in pursuing premium collections when necessary.
  • Perform other ad-hoc assignments which may be assigned as and when required.

The Successful Applicant

  • At least 2 years of working experience, ideally in client service in the financial services industry.
  • Open to candidates from tech or other fast paced industries
  • Good to have relevant insurance certifications (M5, M9, M9A and HI)
