Job Description

The Education Program Director will be leading the development of K12 and tertiary education and student programs centring around the science, nature or marine topics and encourage hands-on learning experiences. This role will be overseeing the day to day program operations and looking into areas of development via assessments, feedback and data analysis.

The Education Program Director is strong in long-term strategic planning and will have demonstrated the ability to set goals and mile-stone indicators to evaluate & measure the program success. In addition, the Director will be working closely with other teams to identify and obtain funding opportunities for the education programs and build/maintain strong relationships with the relevant stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 8 years' experience in leading and developing education programs including residency & fellowship programs
  • Strong experience in new program development
  • Self starter
  • Passion in marine biology
