The Director of Talent Acquisition and Talent Management is responsible for developing and executing integrated strategies to attract, develop and retain top talent globally. You will report directly into the Group HR Director and ensure the organisation builds a strong and sustainable talent pipeline.

Our client is an established hospitality players with strong presence across APAC region. They are currently building up the HR capacity to support the talent demand along with the organisation's growth plan in the mid and long term.

Job Description

  • Lead company-wide workforce planning, including forecasting, headcount analysis, and real-time vacancy tracking.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor, using talent data and insights to align workforce planning with long-term business priorities.
  • Lead Talent Acquisition teams to align hiring strategies with workforce forecasts and succession plans.
  • Implement employer branding and sourcing strategies to position the organisation as an employer of choice.
  • Identify high-potential talent, assess readiness, and address capability gaps.
  • Embed leadership behaviours, learning agility, and a growth mindset into the performance cycle.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related majors.
  • At least 10 years of progressive Human Resources or Talent Management experience, preferably within a service-focused industry.
  • Strong understanding of Singapore HR legislation, labour practices, and hospitality workforce trends.
  • Demonstrated capability in talent strategy, succession planning, workforce planning, and learning programme design.
  • Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing at executive levels.
  • Proficiency in utilising HR systems and data analytics tools.
