About Our Client
While the concept of timeshare may seem foreign to most in Singapore, our client one of the world's largest vacation exchange platform with thousands of offerings worldwide. As the pioneer of the timeshare exchange network and its unique business set up, the client is looking for a Director to head up its Revenue Management team for the APAC region for business continuity purpose in Singapore, its regional headquarter.
This role is responsible for driving the strategic initiatives and leadership to the overall APAC business as the lead personnel in the Revenue Management team. With a team of 6 headcount, this role reports into the Global Revenue Management Vice President in the US. You will provide critical insights on the key performance drivers to support the growth ambitions of the business objectives, business partner closely with Sales and Marketing, Operations team, developing and implementing sound strategies to achieve revenue targets for the region. You will customize directives from Global to suit the needs of the region, evaluate pricing, sourcing and inventory acquisition and allocation.
The Successful Applicant
Ideally, you are a Degree Business graduate with more that 10 years of relevant experience. You are experienced in Revenue Management function and is able to apply transferable skills to the role from various industries. Industry experience in hospitality or other travel providers is highly advantageous. You are analytical, comes across with strong leadership skills to engage, motivate and develop a successful team. You will possess strong communication skills, is articulate in delivery and able to engage internal and external stakeholders professionally. You are commercially driven, display high learning agility and is adaptable to changes and embrace challenges.
