Job Description

Reporting to the CEO, this role will:

  • Liaise with the senior management team to conceptualize, design and implement Leadership and Organizational Development long term strategies.
  • Strengthen the learning culture by implementing various learning methods companywide.
  • Lead the business on rolling out talent development roadmap and value creation tools using technology platforms.
  • Drive the leadership training programs in partnership with internal & external stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in Business, HR a relevant discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years of Organization Development and Leadership development experience and experience working in the public sector would be preferred.
  • Expertise in developing learning & development strategy and framework.
  • Proven track record in collaborating with C-level executives on effective stakeholder management.
  • High level of energy and resilience as this has traditionally been done in an unstructured and informal manner.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
