About Our Client

Our client is the world's largest tech unicorn ($400 billion valuation), with various content platform products across a wide variety of markets and regions. One of their business units, an Enterprise Collaboration SaaS Platform has been growing rapidly in the APAC region. They are currently hiring a Head of Customer Success, to build on their hyper-growth journey.

Job Description

The success of this role will be measured on:

  • Building a new customer success playbook for the region
  • Developing relationships with customer stakeholders
  • Understanding the business challenges faced by customers and addressing their needs
  • Analyzing client data to improve overall experience and business revenue
  • Improving key client relationships and expanding their business volume

The Successful Applicant

To be a successful hire for this role, you have:

  • 5 years or more experience in Tech Customer Success
  • Preferably 2 years of Customer Success Leadership
  • Proven ability to handle multiple enterprise clients from varied industries
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and client skills, with a strong emphasis on presentation
