Job Description

  • Execute strategic digital transformation and intelligent hospital initiatives across clinical, operational, and building systems.
  • Coordinate implementation of emerging technologies including AI, robotics, IoT, digital twin platforms, and autonomous systems.
  • Support development of an integrated smart hospital platform connecting patient care, operations, and facility management systems.
  • Manage programme coordination, vendor relationships, and performance tracking for technology projects.
  • Facilitate cross-department collaboration and change management to ensure smooth technology adoption.
  • Drive continuous improvement, operational excellence, and sustainable manpower strategies through technology innovation.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in healthcare operations or technology programme management.
  • Proven success in digital transformation, smart hospital development, or operational technology integration.
  • Strong analytical, coordination, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to turn innovation into measurable value.
  • Demonstrated passion for healthcare transformation, automation, and sustainability-driven innovation.
  • Excellent leadership and communication abilities with experience managing cross-functional teams and large-scale implementation projects.
