Job Description

  • Develop and implement digital sales strategies that align with company objectives.
  • Leverage digital tools to optimise sales processes and customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated with industry trends and competitive insights.
  • Develop customer relationships through excellent service and understanding of their needs.
  • Track and analyse performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of digital strategies.
  • Provide training and support to team members on digital tools and strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

The Successful Applicant

  • Prior experience in or selling to the food industry, preferably with digital platforms.
  • Strong financial acumen, including but not limited to P&L management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to collaborate effectively in team environments.
  • Self-starter with excellent organizational and planning abilities.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders, including commercial functions.
