Job Description

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable CI/CD platforms to support internal engineering teams.
  • Implement and integrate modern DevOps toolchains to enhance software delivery speed and reliability.
  • Manage version control workflows, enforce codebase quality standards, and ensure repository security.
  • Promote CI/CD adoption by aligning stakeholders, conducting training, and driving cross-team collaboration.
  • Continuously optimize automation pipelines and improve developer experience across R&D functions.
  • Contribute to internal best practices and support future-looking infrastructure initiatives.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, with at least 5 years of experience in CI/CD system design or development.
  • Strong hands-on experience with tools like GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or CircleCI.
  • Solid programming skills in Java, Python, or Go, with strong CS fundamentals (data structures, algorithms).
  • In-depth knowledge of Git and distributed version control practices.
  • Skilled in Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and container orchestration environments.
  • Excellent communication skills, fast learner, and passionate about DevOps and developer productivity.
