Job Description
- Basic PC hardware support (keyboards, mice, monitors, etc.)
- Advanced PC hardware support (system failure diagnostics, system recovery, etc.)
- Basic server room experience (racking / un-racking equipment, rebooting switches / servers)
- Microsoft Windows 10
- Microsoft Office 2016 & 2019, including Microsoft Outlook
- ITIL foundation ( ITIL certification optional)
- Remote management tools (e.g. TeamViewer, Dameware)
- IT inventory management
The Successful Applicant
- Knowledge of software development tools (e.g. Visual Studio)
- Advanced Microsoft Windows Server administration (e.g. PowerShell scripting, Active Directory, Group Policies)
- VMWare ESXi and vSphere fundamentals
- IP Routing and LAN switching fundamentals
- Intermediate Windows Server skills
- Intermediate VMware skills and experience
- Able to speak / read other languages
