About Our Client

Our client is a leader in the Maritime & Shipping industry with a significant presence in Singapore. They are currently expanding their TA team to look for a (Deputy) Manager within the TA team to support end to end recruitment activities for the Singapore office. This is an individual contributor role reporting into Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition.

Job Description

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for executive and non-executive employees, including sourcing, initial screening, interviews, final selection up to offer stage.
  • Collaborate with business units to understand manpower needs and create effective recruitment strategies.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline to address current and future hiring requirements
  • Monitor and analyse recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire) to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide market insights and data-driven recommendations to support decision-making.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related majors.
  • At least 3 years of relevant talent acquisition experience, preferably in large organisation.
  • Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a proven ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in data analytics, reporting tools, and recruitment platforms (e.g., ATS, Excel).
  • Demonstrated experience in driving process improvements or automation projects.
  • Good verbal, presentation, and written communication skills.
  • A strong relationship builder capable of engaging effectively across diverse groups and stakeholders.
