This is a newly created role as part the HR Information Systems and Shared Service team. You will be a key member in supporting the roll out of global HCM system (SAP SuccessFactors) globally as well as to support HR operations for assigned regions/countries.

About Our Client

Our client is a leader in the Maritime & Shipping industry with a significant presence in Singapore. They are currently expanding their HR Information Systems and Shared Service team as part of the organisation's digitalisation journey. This is an individual contributor role reporting into the HRIS Manager.

Job Description

  • Module lead for SuccessFactors modules assigned as part of Implementation and Production support for HR users and employees
  • Drive efficiencies in supporting full HR operation activities from onboarding to offboarding, employee movements, working with different stakeholders to address employee queries
  • Proactively monitor and work with IT and vendors to resolve any system related issues that could impact end-user experience, data integrity, or overall end-to-end system functionality
  • Perform analysis of relevant HR data, identify trends and develop predictive analytics to support the business/functions



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related majors
  • At least 4 years of experience in supporting HR Operations in a HR Shared Service setup
  • Experience with supporting SAP SuccessFactors HCM at a global level
  • Experience with managing change initiatives, including communication, conducting user training (HCM system) and support
  • Proficiency in managing and maintaining SAP SuccessFactors HCM system, including data management, reporting, and audit reviews
  • Experience with creating reports, dashboards, and other data insights using reporting tools like Power BI or Tableau
