About Our Client
The client partners with global consumer health, over-the-counter, pharmaceuticals, dental products and diagnostics brands to provide services to the healthcare industry in Singapore. They are continuously looking to diversify their portfolio and expand their distribution footprint on a regional and global scale. Hence the organization is looking for a successful Sales Manager to develop their Sales strategy and drive profitable growth.
Job Description
This role will devise and implement sales and marketing strategies in close collaboration with the CEO and MD of the organization, and manage the successful execution of these strategies with the team of personnel under this position. Good business acumen and excellent mentorship will be required to drive the team to success and to increase the brand presence in the region. This position will also act as the key engagement person with new and existing global partners, and creating additional business opportunities with dental partners.
The Successful Applicant
- A relevant degree in business or marketing. Knowledge of dentistry is a plus.
- At least 4 years of relevant experience within sales and marketing. Prior experience in the dental industry would be preferred.
- Good communication skills will be required to work with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Ability to work hard in a fast-paced environment.
- Possess an analytical mindset with a strong commercial acumen.
