Job Description

  • Work closely with business teams to define challenges, conduct root-cause analysis, and propose scalable AI/ML solutions or design A/B testing experiments.
  • Present complex insights through clear storytelling, impactful visuals, and concise executive-level summaries tailored for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Design, build, and validate advanced AI/ML models across domains such as forecasting, optimization, computer vision, anomaly detection, and NLP, including emerging agentic AI techniques.
  • Deploy ML services and APIs on platforms like Azure and Databricks, ensuring CI/CD pipelines, model versioning, lineage tracking with MLflow, and monitoring for performance and data drift.
  • Collaborate with application development teams to integrate and operationalize AI/ML solutions within production environments.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Economics, Data Science, or a related discipline.
  • At least 3 years of relevant professional experience, with familiarity in Agentic AI considered an advantage.
  • Practical expertise with Databricks, Spark, MLflow, and Python frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow), with a proven track record of building production-ready ML APIs and services.
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully deploy ML/AI solutions at scale.
  • Experience working within cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Strong collaboration skills for engaging effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and storytelling capabilities.
