Job Description

  • Design and implement analytical frameworks such as predictive models, customer segmentation, and optimization strategies to boost performance and engagement.
  • Establish and promote best practices in data science, platforms, and methodologies.
  • Define organizational standards and benchmarks for data processes.
  • Collaborate with teams to capture business needs, document integration requirements, and resolve data architecture conflicts.
  • Ensure compliance with governance policies and enable closed-loop measurement through smart data capture.
  • Act as the internal expert on company data tools and resources.
  • Support ad-hoc BI projects and contribute to strategic initiatives.

  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to multi-task, meet deadlines, and take ownership of projects.
  • Excellent communication skills; confident presenting to stakeholders.
  • Works independently or collaboratively to deliver high-quality results.



Technical Skills

  • Proficient in data cleaning, transformation, and preparation.
  • Solid understanding of data structures, management, and integration.
  • Skilled in applying analytical techniques and statistical tools.
  • Experience with distributed databases, query languages, and programming (Python, Java, or C++).
  • Strong business judgment to interpret complex data and generate insights.



Experience

  • 10+ years of professional experience.
  • 5+ years hands-on in data science, including developing and deploying models.
