Job Description

*Assist in acquiring and ingesting datasets, specifically in Oracle Tuning from various internal and external sources
*Support the development and maintenance of data pipelines to ensure reliable data flow
*Perform data cleansing, normalization, and basic enrichment tasks
*Help monitor data quality and flag inconsistencies or anomalies
*Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends and support reporting needs
*Support performance monitoring of databases and data systems
*Troubleshoot data issues and work with senior team members to resolve them
*Assist in documenting data processes, data models, and workflows
*Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical tasks
*Support integration of data systems with existing infrastructure
*Participate in project implementation and contribute to timely delivery of assigned tasks
*Provide basic user support for data tools and internal dashboards

The Successful Applicant

*Bachelor degree or equivalent work experiences in relevant disciplines
*Experience in database optimization and performance tuning. Oracle experience is a must.
*Foundational understanding of data modeling, relational databases, and ETL concepts.
*Experience working with structured datasets and performing data transformations.
*Exposure to data quality and governance practices.
*Basic understanding of API integrations or middleware concepts.
*Some familiarity with financial services data or regulated environments (a plus, not mandatory).
*Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
