About Our Client
My client is one of the world's largest FMCG company with thousands of successful operating stores in more than 100 countries around the world. With a focus on developing innovative tools and improving the capabilities of their workforce, the team is looking for a Data Analytics Manager to drive meaningful topline and bottom line growth through data-driven insights across their portfolio.
As the Data Analytics Manager, you will be reporting to the Head of Strategy and Planning and partnering closely with other leadership functions in the business. You will drive financial performance, develop long range forecast, lead business reviews to strategise and optimise initiatives. Utilising data driven systems to develop insightful information, you will perform analysis to drive commercial outcomes for the business. You will also support data and digital transformation projects to integrate systems with day to day operations to improve quality of data generated.
The Successful Applicant
Ideally, you are a Business Degree professional with at least 7 years of working experience. Additional qualifications in data / computer science will be highly advantageous. You possess a good combination of skills sets, is technically strong in finance and demonstrate strong IT skills, familiar with data analytics tools (e.g. Power BI). You come across as a strong business partner, confident speaker to engage with multiple stakeholders and the leadership team. Analytical and independent, you are able to juggle multiple projects and is undaunted by challenges. You display good aptitude for learning and growth, has positive energy and good work ethics.
