About Our Client
Leading player in the aerospace sector with over a billion revenue is recruiting for an experienced Customer Support Director to be based in Singapore to provide support to their key customers.
The Customer Service Director will be the key point of contact to the assigned key customer accounts for all issues including repair solutions, spares management and inventory management. This role will be driving customer satisfaction and partnering closely with the internal teams to ensure that all technical issues are resolved by the technical team in a timely manner and support & solutions are rendered to the customers in a prompt manner. The Customer Support Director will be meeting the customers periodically to understand the areas of improvement and work closely with the sales team if there is any business opportunity identified.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering or related discipline
- 7-10 years' experience in the aerospace aftermarket sector with strong customer management experience
