Global firm with over 2 billion revenue is recruiting for a Customer Success Manager to join their team in Singapore due to their expansion plan.

Job Description

The Customer Success Manager will be responsible to extend general & technical support the assigned customers during the data center co-location process such as on-boarding, training, implementation, service reviews to ensure that the SLAs are being met. Ideally, the Customer Success Manager has good knowledge in the data center, telecommunication or technology related sector as this role will need to work closely with the Technical teams to advise on data center operation issues or escalations relating to fire safety, mechanical/electrical/IT equipment or systems. This is a customer-facing role and will be partnering closely with internal functions such as Sales, Operations to ensure customer satisfaction is achieved.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor Degree with minimum 5 years of experience
  • Experience in the data center, telecommunication or technology related sector
