The firm has a global outreach, with multiple offices worldwide and Singapore being their HQ, is hiring a Customer Success Manager to capitalize on their growth journey.

Job Description

The success of this role will be measured on:

  • Managing the entire customer experience, from onboarding, addressing pain-points and overall satisfaction
  • Developing relationships with customer stakeholders
  • Understanding the business challenges faced by customers and addressing their needs
  • Analyzing client data to improve overall experience and business revenue
  • Improving key client relationships and expanding their business volume

The Successful Applicant

To be a successful hire for this role, you have:

  • 5 years or more sales experience in Tech Customer Success
  • Proven ability to handle multiple enterprise clients from varied industries
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client skills, with a strong emphasis on presentation
