The success of this role will be measured on:
- Managing the entire customer experience, from onboarding, addressing pain-points and overall satisfaction
- Developing relationships with customer stakeholders
- Understanding the business challenges faced by customers and addressing their needs
- Analyzing client data to improve the overall experience and business revenue
- Improving key client relationships and expanding their business volume
The Successful Applicant
To be a successful hire for this role, you have:
- 5 years or more sales experience in a SaaS, Customer Success role
- Proven ability to handle multiple enterprise clients from varied industries
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and client skills, with a strong emphasis on presentation
