Our Client is a Global Pharmaceutical organization with a significant market share globally, offering a variety of innovative products to their customers. With increasing demand and new product introductions, they are currently looking for a Customer Service Team Lead to be an integral part of their business to assist and continue their current growth within APAC to be based in their corporate office here in Singapore.

Job Description

Reporting to the department head, you will be responsible to facilitate customer services and support the markets, as well as manage selected key accounts orders. This is a strategic core position but you also have to attend to the daily operational activities.

Additional responsibilities will include:

  • To supervises and manages a team of 4 to 6 associates in the region to drive the OTC process, which includes developing team/individual KPI's, coaching and continuous performance management
  • To develop and maintain successful relationship with internal and external customers across the functions to meet customer requirements in a timely and high-quality manner
  • Ensuring sufficient product flow to customers in region, in alignment with corporate Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning (SIOP) processes and strategies that meet On-Time Shipment objectives
  • Review complex customer order process to ensure compliance and efficiency
  • To prepare and analyze data, draw conclusions and decide on implementation of solutions for improving customer service team and processes to achieve quality and efficiency
  • To work in close collaboration with supply chain, sales and other departments to ensure service level to customers
  • To drive continuous improvement projects
  • Stakeholder Management

The Successful Applicant

You must have a Degree in Supply Chain and possess significant number of years of related experience in Supply Chain within the Pharmaceutical / Medical Devices Industry. You must be a self-motivated team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
