About Our Client
Our Client is a prominent Fortune 500 US MNC that is a global leader in the F&B segment with multiple brands in their portfolio. The company has a large global network with multi-billion dollar revenue worldwide and presence in all critical markets. They are constantly reinventing and challenging themselves to keep ahead of consumer demands and remain competitive. They aim to maintain and improve their current performance both locally and regionally; as part of this commitment they are looking for an experienced Customer Service Specialist to assist them and contribute in this area. This position is based in Tuas.
Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you will be the key interface between the company and the customers in the region. Managing the Customer Service Team, you have to constantly anticipate and react to the customers' product delivery requirements to ensure customer satisfaction. Your daily duties will include all tasks relating to Demand Management, Logistics, S&OP and managing stakeholders. You have to be proficient in SAP.
Additional responsibilities will include:
- Consistently reviewing & improving the order process
- Establishing accurate & timely documentation by working with Planning and Plants
- Processing sales order and forecast in system and actively drive forecast accuracy
- Managing customers complaints and perform trend analysis
- Ensuring shipment documentation completeness
- Process improvement & ad-hoc Projects
The Successful Applicant
You must have a relevant Degree and have a minimum of 5 years related working experience in Order Fulfillment/Management or Customer Service in a FMCG Industry and it is essential that you possess excellent communication and influencing skills with the ability to work well at all levels. Proficiency in the Quality systems (ISO related) is highly advantageous. You must also be able to work under pressure and tight deadlines and be proficient using SAP and other business systems.
