Job Description

  • Procure the best shipping options based on rates, transit time, and customer needs.
  • Generate competitive quotations and manage regional control tower operations.
  • Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries and airfreight shipments.
  • Coordinate airfreight logistics, including booking, tracking, and documentation.
  • Resolve shipping issues and proactively communicate with customers.
  • Ensure compliance with international regulations and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Collaborate with operations and sales teams for seamless service delivery.
  • Track performance metrics and contribute to process improvements.



The Successful Applicant

  • A Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience in airfreight customer service or freight forwarding.
  • Strong knowledge of airfreight operations, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in using Cargowise and Microsoft Office Suite.
