About Our Client

Our client is a global leader specialising providing safety solutions and productions to their customer in various industries. With over 5 manufacturing sites and more than 2000 staff globally, they are currently looking for a Customer Service Specialist to help manage their customers and service order management processes. Role is based in the North and will be required to work rotating weekend shift once every 2 months. Allowances will be provided.

Job Description

  • Handling of all incoming enquires & orders and serves as the main point of contacts for customers
  • Implementation and coordinating contract and rental agreements with customers
  • Management of all service-related jobs from start to end and ensuring all information is accurately tracked
  • PO and sales order processing, order forecast, monitoring of delivery schedule, freight arrangement, order changes etc
  • Support to Sales for payments tracking & report generations etc
  • Proactively resolve any order related issues when necessary and provide technical support and advice to customer
  • Assisting sales team in management of fleet agreement pricing and improvement to contribute to sales budget
  • Communicate efficiently and work with various stakeholders for customer's feedback/complaints on service and quality
  • Gathering of information to help investigate and resolve invoice dispute
  • Coordinating with spare centres for parts purchases when needed
  • Ensuring that order pricing is accurate and maintained in the system, checking on authorised credit limits and policy to ensure compliance

The Successful Applicant

  • Diploma or Degree in Engineering or technical related field
  • Experience in Marine industry and technical knowledge will be a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to multitask and take initiative of work
  • Good communicator and a team player
  • Proficient in Korean Language a plus as this role manages Korea and their customers
