About Our Client
Global organisation in the aerospace sector with over 2 billion revenue is recruiting for an experienced Customer Manager to provide support to their customers.
- Extend support for all electrical power products and work with cross functional teams (Contracts, Finance, Supply Chain etc)
- Key point of contact with customers to assist them on technical support, spares management, quality or any issue resolution
- Lead periodic reviews with customers to present on the performance, commercial/finance aspects, turn around time etc
- Build and maintain good relations with the customers
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Science, Math or a related field
- 4-5 years of customer support experience in the MRO sector
- EIS experience preferred
