About Our Client
Our client is a fintech in the APAC region working on exciting technologies like big data and artificial intelligence (AI). They are building a new-age platform which heavily utilises data to disrupt the financial service industry in Asia. Focusing on the Indonesia market as their key growth market, with further regional scope, they are looking to hire a CRM Manager to better understand their customers and understand their needs.
The CRM Manager will be tasked with implementing and optimising our client's CRM platform, wholly responsible for mapping, optimising, and increasing customer lifetime value. In addition, you will work with marketing and business development teams to improve customer retention and lifetime value as a cohesive brand and unit. You will need to be able to analyse and segment the customers effectively and using these data with the marketing team to improve on CRM campaigns. You must be able to come up with a report with CRM insights regularly. This will be a leadership role, managing a team of 4 to 5 executives.
In addition to the above, the ideal candidate will:
- Be a superb communicator: You will need to work with various functions of the company and customers in order to roll-out successful and targeted CRM campaigns
- Be excited by data and its analysis: You will be working with large volume of customer information and be able to understand and segment them in order to create an exciting campaign
- Understanding of the Asian markets: You will need to segment the customers accordingly and identify the pain points they are facing in order to improve on the customer lifetime value
- Experienced with rolling out of a CRM system: You will need to possess experience and the know-hows of setting up a relative new CRM system
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate must have the following:
- Minimally a Bachelor's Degree with a knowledge of operating digital products
- 8 years+ experience in a CRM campaign design and roll out
- Prior experience setting up CRM system from scratch (Platform implementation to utilisation to optimisation)
- Customer LTV framework design and management experiences preferred
- Previous experience in a fintech or e-commerce industry preferred
- Strong analytical skills and proven ability of data-driven decision-making
- Good understanding on mobile app, media and online community
