Job Description

  • Managing and coordinating crew rotations efficiently.
  • Ensuring all operations adhere to maritime regulations.
  • Handling logistics and travel arrangements for crew members.
  • Updating and maintaining accurate crew records.
  • Communicating effectively with crew members and stakeholders.
  • Resolving any issues or conflicts amongst crew members.
  • Collaborating with the team to optimise operations.
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of crewing processes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Crewing Officer should have:

  • A degree/diploma in a relevant field.
  • Prior experience in a similar role from an offshore company.
  • Strong knowledge of maritime regulations.
  • Proficiency in managing logistics and travel arrangements.
  • The ability to work well in a team and resolve conflicts.
