Job Description

  • Deliver annual, quarterly, and monthly sales targets across multiple product lines
  • Proactively identify, open, and develop new business accounts to broaden market reach
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to enhance market share and project wins
  • Build strong relationships with developers, architects, designers, contractors, installers, and other key stakeholders
  • Secure product specifications in major projects and track progress from lead stage through completion
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of specifiers and sales executives to achieve consistent performance
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and seminars to grow visibility and networks
  • Collaborate with marketing, logistics, accounts, and customer service teams for seamless project execution
  • Prepare timely reports on sales performance, team results, specification success rates, and market insights

The Successful Applicant

  • Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, Business, Sales, or related disciplines
  • At least 7 years of relevant sales leadership experience in building materials, architectural products, or project‑based environments
  • Strong understanding of project lifecycles and product specification processes
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical details effectively
  • Proven track record in building and sustaining industry relationships
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with experience managing and developing high‑performing teams
  • Self‑driven, strategic, results-oriented, and motivated to exceed targets
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, and project tracking tools
