Lead a functional team
- Build and lead a team across functions.
- Provide team leadership and set individual contribution targets.
- Oversee team training when new products are released.
Key in Business Development
- Develop localized business and sales goals with the leadership team
- Implement BD and sales processes.
- Become a product expert - utilize prior knowledge of SaaS and cloud-based platforms.
- Develop initiatives and operational strategies
- Provide forecasting plans
- Supervise internal collaborations with stakeholders
- Work closely with the Headquarters in compiling sales reports and customer trends
The Successful Applicant
- Experience in building SaaS-based platforms and clientele portfolio
- Minimum 5 years experience in similar B2B industry with SaaS experience
- Knowledge in e-commerce operations
- Experience in strategic planning
- Relevant understanding of local retail and e-commerce market
- Good mentor and team player
- Strong business acumen and project management skills
- Minimum a Bachelor's degree
