About Our Client
Our client is a private wealth management advisory firm with international clientele. Due to expanding business needs, they are looking for a Corporate Secretary to join them.
As a Corporate Secretary, you will be involved in the full-spectrum of corporate secretarial work involving preparation of meetings agenda, minutes and resolution, facilitate advice and support to senior management, coordination of instructions and documentations with international clients and updating and maintaining statutory and corporate records. You are required to travel frequently to attend meetings with clients and stakeholders.
The Successful Applicant
Ideally, you have at least 3 years of experience in a corporate secretarial function. You have excellent communication skills and is confident to build relationships with clients and stakeholders. You possess a can-do attitude and is able to manage complex and voluminous workload without compromising on quality.
