About Our Client
Our client is an international professional service provider with global operations. Due to growing business needs, they are seeking a Corporate Secretary to join their team.
Reporting to the Head of Corporate Secretariat, you will be involved in the full-spectrum of corporate secretarial work involving drafting resolutions, attending board meetings and take minutes, facilitate advice and support, coordination of instructions and documentations with international clients and updating and maintaining statutory and corporate records.
The Successful Applicant
Ideally, you have at least 3 years of relevant experience in a corporate secretarial function. You have excellent communication skills and have the confidence to build relationships with global clients. You are able to meet demanding deadlines in a challenging environment while demonstrating high initiative and exceptional organisation skills.
