About Our Client
Our client is a professional service provider with fast-growing presence in the region. Due to expanding business needs, they are seeking a Corporate Secretary to join their team.
You will take charge of your portfolio of multinational clients where you will be involved in the full-spectrum of corporate secretarial work involving coordination of board meetings and signatures, preparing minutes and resolutions, facilitate advice and support to board members of client companies and ensuring statutory and regulatory requirements.
The Successful Applicant
You possess a Bachelor's Degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience gained in professional service providers. You have excellent communication skills and is confident to build relationships with clients and stakeholders. A self-starter, you thrive in challenging environment with exceptional organisational skills required to meet demanding deadlines.
