About Our Client
Our client is a global leading financial institution with strong global footprints. Due to expanding business needs, they are looking for a Corporate Secretary to join their team in Singapore.
Reporting to the Group Company Secretary, you will be performing the full spectrum of corporate secretarial work and ensuring proper corporate governance. This includes, coordinating and attending board and other committee meetings and take minutes, preparing resolutions and announcements, maintaining statutory filings, liaising with external service providers and etc. You will also be liaising closely with the board and international stakeholders on a wide array of corporate secretarial matters.
The Successful Applicant
You are ICSA qualified and have at least 5 years of relevant experience gained in reputable corporate services providers and/or multinational companies or financial institutions. You are a motivated self-starter with confidence to manage international stakeholders across all levels. You are an excellent communicator and a hands-on team player that thrives in fast-paced environment.
