Job Description

  • Drive new B2B customer acquisition across institutional, government, corporate, and SME segments.
  • Win high-value tenders and long-term supply contracts within targeted sectors.
  • Build and execute a tiered sales strategy covering enterprise, mid-market, and self-serve accounts.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from cold outreach to deal closure.
  • Achieve growth and margin targets through value-added solutions and bundled offerings.
  • Identify and influence key decision-makers within client organisations.
  • Partner with operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth client on boarding.
  • Transition stabilised accounts to account management teams for long-term success.
  • Track pipeline performance and forecast revenue contributions using data and analytics.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in B2B sales or business development, with a strong focus on new account acquisition.
  • Track record of closing complex or high-value deals in corporate or institutional environments. Closing government account would be advantageous.
  • Comfortable navigating tenders, negotiations, and multi-stakeholder sales processes.
  • Commercially driven with strong pipeline management and forecasting skills.
  • Experience within e‑commerce, FMCG, or supply-driven industries is advantageous.
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
