Job Description
- Execute full 360 recruitment cycle, whilst ensuring a successful and outstanding candidate experience
- Understand and improve current hiring processes, working closely with the HR team and hiring managers to increase efficiency and accuracy
- Build strong relationships with management and key cross-functional stakeholders across their APAC team.
- Manage recruitment databases and HR assets to drive efficiency
- Implement innovative sourcing strategies for multiple, complex searches to achieve a robust search strategy and identify the right candidates
- Provide strong market mapping and competitor's analysis for the company
The Successful Applicant
- Minimum 3-5+ years of experience in recruitment, either in an agency or in-house environment
- Works well in a fast-paced environment and efficiently navigate through ambiguity
- Strong track record in engaging passive candidates and meeting aggressive hiring goals
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and handle multiple stakeholders
- Enthusiastic and pro-active individual who is able to drive different HR projects and initiatives
- Has a positive outlook on crypto
