About Our Client
Our client is a leading international law firm with global operations. With an increasing pipeline of projects and cases, they are looking for a corporate funds associate to join their team.
Job Description
With an international and cross-border focus, the work scope will focus on general corporate transactions and funds work. The firm's clientele includes top financial institutions and well-established multinational corporations. You will have a client-facing role and have the opportunity to travel overseas for meetings and negotiations.
The Successful Applicant
You are a Singapore or UK qualified lawyer with at least 3 years of experience in corporate and/or funds matters. Experience in an international firm will be useful as majority of the work will be cross-border in nature. Strong business Mandarin skills will also be an advantage due to frequent interaction with clients and stakeholders in the North Asia region.
