Job Description

  • Develop and oversee the corporate financial planning and analysis framework to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
  • Deliver accurate and timely financial reports, forecasts, and budgets to support decision-making processes.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on financial data analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess financial performance and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Lead the preparation of presentations for executive leadership and stakeholders.
  • Provide commercial insights and scenario modelling to guide key strategic decisions.
  • Partner with business leaders to evaluate investments, capital allocation, and performance metrics.
  • Support the CFO and leadership team in building IPO-ready financial processes and investor-facing narratives.

The Successful Applicant

  • Extensive experience in FP&A or corporate finance, with exposure to technology or high‑growth environments.
  • Demonstrated ability in IPO preparation, capital markets, or investor relations.
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Background in AI, SaaS, or deep‑tech industries is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and compelling financial narratives for stakeholders.
  • Professional qualifications such as CPA, CFA, or MBA are advantageous.
